POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a

Maintenance Director

to lead our maintenance team and ensure our vacation rental properties remain in top-notch condition. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including

preventative maintenance schedules, equipment repairs, and emergency maintenance responses

for our vacation rental portfolio. You will ensure that work orders are completed quickly and efficiently, while also implementing training programs to enhance the skills and expertise of your team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with

OSHA

and other state regulations, maintaining a safe and code-compliant environment for both staff and guests. This is a leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with our

maintenance team , fostering teamwork and driving results that align with our company’s commitment to providing exceptional vacation experiences and maintaining high property standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all maintenance work orders are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Lead and manage training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.

Oversee compliance with OSHA and other state regulations, ensuring safety protocols are met.

Provide guidance and leadership to maintenance supervisors, fostering a productive and cohesive team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.

Experience working within a property management environment, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready is a plus.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to effectively manage and guide a team.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Annual Salary:

$70,000 - $80,000
