Labor & DeliveryJob Overview:RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care, Perinatal Services: L&D, Mother Baby, and Level II for RWJ Somerset Medical Center.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's preferred.Current New Jersey RN Licensure.BLS required (American Heart Association).A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting is required.Previous experience as a nursing director is preferred.Scheduling Requirements:Full Time 40 hours per week.Essential Functions:Staff includes RN's, CNA's & Unit Secretaries.Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit.An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset.Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care.This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction.Other Duties:
