Our team of highly skilled and engaged health professionals provide exceptional patient care which we describe as the “Mercy style of care.” We believe that the mind, body, and spirit each play an integral part in the healing process, and we care for our patients and each other with that philosophy in mind.Join Scripps as Quality Coordinator, RN where you will:Manage publicly reported and other significant quality measures and performance improvement in collaboration with administrative, clinical, and physician leadership for their assigned service line.Perform concurrent review of medical records for core measures and other clinical indicators based on established definitions and provide real-time feedback and intervention with clinical staff and physicians to ensure optimal quality patient care.Abstract records based on established indicators of the medical staff for peer review for assigned populations; facilitate the peer review process, ongoing physician performance review, and decision support for medical staff reappointment.
