Your Role:

We scale to meet agency needs for continuous monitoring, cyber security, network operations, compliance, data center operations, and IT consolidation

Your Impact:

Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and selling of SolarWinds products to prospective SLED and Healthcare customersResearch territories to gain an understanding of whitespace accounts you will plan to targetWork with SLED and Healthcare territory teams to build a detailed prospecting and meet regularly to track progressUnderstand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value propositionRespond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during the product evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with distribution and channel partners, and proactively sell into the installed base and new accountsManage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce and to sales leadershipSubmit accurate and timely commits on a weekly and monthly basisConduct online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technicalIdentify and develop new business through channel partnersProvide market feedback to include customer priorities and needsYour Experience:

SLED or Healthcare Sales experienceUnderstanding of the SLED or Healthcare procurement process and contract vehiclesPassion for sellingEnthusiastic and "self-starter" approachDemonstrable record of sales success against quotaAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Strong interpersonal skillsPrevious experience working at a SLED value added reseller or distributorProficiency with CRM tools, preferably SalesforceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
