Regional Sales Manager Commercial Roofing

Job DescriptionNorth American Roofing is a large commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a B2B Sales professional with experience developing regional accounts who will continue our growth in the Tampa, Florida market down to Fort Myers.We are looking for a dynamic sales individual to join our national team to continue our success. If you are a proven sales leader with an ability to work independently with a history of closing large ticket sales and relationship selling, let's discuss how this may be a good fit for you.Purpose of the Job: To grow regional sales for all commercial roofing lines of business.Job Duties:Work to meet and exceed annual reroof and service sales goals Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails and face to face meetings. Identify and network with decision makers of regional accounts to secure all business opportunities Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers and centers of influence to review roofing sales opportunities Manage existing regional accounts and build relationships with key personnel Conduct in-person, virtual, and conference call meetings with all stakeholders relevant to meeting company objectives.
