The Body Shop is an integral part of this Company's success. The Body Shop Foreman will assist the Body Shop Manager in coordinating the activities of the body shop to make it a profitable department for the Company. The Body Shop Foreman will direct the scheduling and performance of body repair on class 7 and 8 trucks as well as the operation and maintenance of the body repair facilities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate operation and maintenance of body shop equipment and repair facilitiesPrepare estimates for truck body repairWork closely with customers and insurance adjustersTrain body technicians in process and procedures of repair workAssist the Body Shop Manager when needed and assume managerial duties when the Body Shop Manager is absentSchedule work and assign work to the body shop techniciansQualifications
