With rising market demand and Tailos's first-mover status, we have partnered with several of the largest hospitality & commercial cleaning companies. Beginning in Austin, we've expanded into markets across the US and Internationally. After launching successful deployments with multiple hospitality companies where dozens of our robots work alongside hotel staff, we are developing new features and enhancing our current software, which ranges from a customer-facing web application to state-of-the-art electronics.

ABOUT YOU

Tailos is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a unique blend of digital marketing expertise and strong design skills to lead our marketing efforts. You will be critical in building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and growing customer acquisition through visually compelling and data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role involves creating high-impact digital campaigns, designing creative assets, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is not only an experienced digital marketer but also proficient in design tools, capable of creating engaging visual content to support marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Commercial Operations, Sales, and Product teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with Tailos' innovative approach and supports our growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to engage potential customers. Optimize Website and Landing Pages: Collaborate with internal teams to create high-conversion landing pages and enhance the overall user experience on our website through compelling design and user-friendly interfaces. Lead Content Creation and Design: Manage content strategy and design for digital channels, ensuring all visual and written materials align with Tailos' brand identity and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure digital marketing aligns with business goals and effectively supports growth. Innovate and Experiment: Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, experimenting with new approaches to drive growth and optimize marketing performance. Measure and Analyze Performance: Track the performance of all digital marketing activities, assessing ROI and KPIs to refine strategies and maximize results. Design Marketing Assets: Create visually appealing and effective digital assets, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and other promotional materials. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation of comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with Tailos' goals to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong design capabilities, preferably in the automation, robotics, or industrial technology sectors. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. SEO/SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. Content Management: Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, especially in creating visual and written marketing content. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, projects, and design tasks simultaneously. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and adjust strategies to meet objectives. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms. Design Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
