Korn Ferry has partnered with Northside Hospital in search of their next Emergency Department Director based onsite in Lawrenceville, GA. This key RN leader will have multi-site operational responsibility for Northside Gwinnett and Northside Duluth Emergency Departments. This position reports to the Director of Patient Care Operations Emergency, Trauma Services, and Patient Flow. Direct reports include four managers and a staff headcount of over 500 employees.
Northside Gwinnett is a 388-bed Level II trauma center with a 95-bed Main ED and 30-bed Observation Unit. The hospital is a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Comprehensive Cardiac Center, and is the only trauma center in Gwinnett County with over 100,000 visits annually.
Northside Duluth is a 122-bed hospital with 30 ED beds and is a local leader in bariatrics, rehabilitation services, sports medicine, concussions, stroke rehabilitation, and orthopedic surgery.
Required qualifications include Bachelor's degree in Nursing, valid Georgia RN License, and recent, progressive emergency department nursing leadership experience. Master's degree in Nursing and Level I or Level II trauma experience highly preferred.
