We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator I to support our procurement team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with purchasing activities, maintain accurate records, and help coordinate the supply chain for our pharmacy divisions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing purchase orders and ensuring timely submission to vendors for the entire CompanyMonitor and track order status, updating internal recordsMaintain accurate data in our procurement and inventory management systemsCommunicate with vendors to confirm order details and resolve discrepanciesSupport inventory management by updating stock levels and assisting in reordering as neededPrepare and maintain procurement documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting agenciesCollaborate with team members across pharmacy divisions to meet supply needsOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or coursework in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferredExperience: 1-2 years in procurement, purchasing, or a related field; experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plusSkills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelBasic understanding of procurement and inventory management principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
