About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Director to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As the Community Outreach Director, you will develop and implement outreach programs to promote our services and increase community engagement. You will work closely with our team to identify and develop strategies to address community needs. Your efforts will directly impact the health and well-being of the community we serve.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in community outreach or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with project management and program developmentPreferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Public Health or related fieldExperience working in the Mental Health Care Services industryBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach programs to promote our services and increase community engagementCollaborate with internal teams to identify community needs and develop strategies to address themBuild and maintain relationships with community organizations, leaders, and stakeholdersOrganize and participate in community events, workshops, and other outreach activitiesTrack and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs and adjust strategies as needed

Skills:

As the Community Outreach Director, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with community organizations, leaders, and stakeholders. You will also use your project management and program development skills to develop and implement outreach programs that address community needs. Your efforts will directly impact the health and well-being of the community we serve, making this a rewarding and fulfilling role.

Master's degree in public administration, business administration, organizational leadership, human services or counseling related field from accredited graduate school

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience post graduate and project management a plus

Licenses: none required, clinical license a plus.

First shift, full time

Salary based on experience.
