Must possess an approved STATE NMLS licenseDetail-oriented with demonstrated, careful decision-making skillsMaintenance of mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing educationA solid understanding of appraisals, title reports & product guidelinesUtilize in-house technical systems and programs such as EncompassKnowledgeable in regulatory, policy and compliance issues pertaining to the mortgage industryAbility to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, realtors & referral partnershipsBilingual a PLUSWhat you will get (of course!):
