Board Certified or Eligible Neonatal/Perinatal MedicineActive CA LicenseBLS, NRP, DEAMust have substantial recent experience covering neonatology services (not pediatrics)Listed as a paneled member of CCSClean MalpracticeRequired Procedures: Ventilatory assistance, to include ETT CPAP, Nasal CPAP for more than 4 hours, NCPAP greater than 6 cm H2O, or FiO2 greater than 0.60, Surfactant administration beyond the initial dose, Administration of cardiac pressors, FiO2 greater than 0.60, PaCO2 greater than 50 on two arterial blood gases 1 hour apart, Peripheral arterial line or central line, Chest tube, Total Parenteral Nutrition Hyperalimentation, Exchange Transfusion, Gestational AgeSupport Staff
