JOB SUMMARY
:
Ind i um Corporation is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for our summer internship program. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the HR Talent Team and HR Business Partners. The intern will create a comprehensive takeaway packet for new employees, covering HR policies, employee benefits, and frequently asked questions. You'll have the chance to shadow HR professionals, gaining insights into various HR functions and their impact within the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):Develop New Employee Orientation Packets : Create comprehensive orientation materials that detail key HR policies and employee benefits.Collaborate with HR Teams : Work closely with the HR Talent Team and HR Business Partners to gather relevant information and insights.Learn from HR Professionals : Shadow members of the HR department to understand various HR roles and their impact on the organization.Support Daily HR Tasks : Assist with recruitment processes, orientation preparations, and HR documentation management.REQUIREMENTS:
All interns must be active college students who have completed their freshman year and are enrolled in courses for the Fall semester of 2025.Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.Knowledge: A prior understanding of human resources is preferred.Experience: Office work experience is a plus.Skills: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
