WE LOVE OUR WORKAssists with implementation and execution of promotional events, drawings, tournaments, giveaways and offersAssists with the set up and display of advertising and promotional itemsCoordinates accommodations for cross-property visitors and vendorsAnswers phone calls and proactively assists customers (internal and external) with their inquiriesDocuments participation, notifies winners and coordinates prize awardsAccurately completes paperwork including but not limited to; promotional paperwork, envelope stuffing, filing, data entry, event recaps, copying and scanning.Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures.Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.Other duties as assigned.BRING US YOUR BEST.
Minimum of High School Diploma with one (1) year of related experience, preferably in Marketing, special events/promotions or related industry.Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonalMust be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
