We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Allergist/Immunologist (Physician) to deliver comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients with immunological conditions. This role involves rotating between outpatient service centers and providing hospital consultations as needed. The Physician will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care and outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:Provide expert medical care to patients with a focus on immunological conditions, including but not limited to Severe Asthma, food and environmental allergies.Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex conditions. Participate in case conferences, consultations, and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.Stay current with advancements in allergy and immunology through ongoing medical education and participation in research initiatives.Contribute to academic pursuits by publishing research findings, presenting at conferences, and mentoring mid-level providers.Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of care, optimizing clinical processes, and improving patient outcomes. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance the quality and safety of care delivery.Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.Completion of residency training in Pediatrics.Board certification or eligibility in Allergy/Immunology.State medical license and eligibility for medical licensure in California.DEA registration.Excellent clinical skills and diagnostic proficiency in allergy and immunology medicine.Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.Experience or interest in research, education, and advocacy in allergy and immunological disease.
