We are seeking a
full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian
to join our team in Gig Harbor, WA. Our ideal candidate will hold a DVM degree, be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Washington, and bring experience in an urgent care setting. This position offers a great opportunity to provide exceptional medical care and support for pets and their families.
About the Role:
The Urgent Care Veterinarian will work with a skilled team to provide timely and compassionate care in a busy urgent care setting. This role involves a variety of cases, including emergency treatments, diagnostics, and surgeries.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality medical care to animals in an urgent care setting. Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries. Prescribe medications and provide clear medical advice to clients. Perform surgeries and other necessary procedures. Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records. Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
degree or equivalent. Current veterinary license to practice in the state of Washington. Experience in an urgent care or emergency veterinary setting is preferred. Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with the team. Compensation & Benefits:
