UDig is seeking a Client Services Senior Manager to drive teams in delivery excellence, building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and growing client accounts. As a Client Services Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, developing strategic plans for account growth, as well as mentoring and collaborating with Delivery Managers in project estimations, timelines, resourcing, and delivery excellence

Your Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Be a point of contact for all client mattersLead regular interactions with the key client stakeholders from project meetings, making best practice recommendations from a technical services perspective to suggesting training options and building business growth plansBuild trust and partnerships with clients becoming their premier 'go to' choice for engagementsSurvey and track client satisfaction as it relates to their business outcomesLeverage your industry expertise and technical background to close the gap and ensure smooth integration between the technical and business side of UDig projectsAssist Delivery Manager in actively engaging with client stakeholders to seek out answers and details needed to keep the delivery team on trackCollaborate with technical leads and solution architects from both UDig and the clientBuild and execute an account plan to grow opportunities at the client

Educate and socialize UDig service offerings with the client and promote offerings to meet the client's business outcomes and goalsContribute to internal UDig "fun/innovative" projectsCareer and job growth through UDig-provided training and advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Need:

Expertise in delivery management, operational efficiency & quality delivery, and resource allocationProven problem-solving skillsAbility to drive impact through Account Management & Planning, People Development, Utilization, and achieving exceptional client satisfaction.Strong executive influence and consultative skills to develop, manage, and grow client relationships, driving business growth.Skills & Qualifications:

Previous consulting experience with a consulting firm or professional services firm, including contributions to thought leadership and pre-sales support, is requiredProven ability to quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain pointsExperience understanding a client's business and technical needs and acting as the bridge between the client stakeholder and the technical delivery team membersBuild strong relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders7+ years of experience, including the following:

Creating and executing account growth plansExpanding opportunities within an existing client baseAttain and exceed targeted revenue goalsFinancial forecasting and budgetingImplementing identified areas of improvement in operations, business development and account growthManaging software development and/or data focused projects in an agile environmentWriting and presenting applicable metrics, strategic plans and process improvements to executive stakeholdersBuilding strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Preferred experience delivering custom software and data projectsTechnologies, tools, and methodologies:

Experience with Kanban from implementation, execution and trainingComfortable working in a variety of agile project management and documentation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion, Linear, ServiceNow, etc.
