Facility Coordinator

What this job involves
Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Engage with client contacts at all assigned facilities to ensure work orders are scheduled properly and work is executed to satisfaction. Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, assisting with other general duties as requested.

Required
3+ years experience with Facility or Property AdministrationGED or High school diplomaSuperior customer service skills and orientationMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reportsPreferred
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraintsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionProficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skillsStrong organizational skills and collaborative style5+ years' experience with facility or property administration in a manufacturing environmentEstimated total compensation for this position:
45,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
