Job Title: Sr. Associate, Industrial Security Job Code: 17257 Job Location: Camden, AR Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week J ob Description: Applicant would be responsible for supporting a comprehensive industrial security program in a team setting. Primary duties include security education, contract guard force oversight and physical security, and additionally supporting classified material control, classification management, personnel security clearances. Individual must possess the ability to support multiple programs providing general support in all security functions in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and provide professional interactions with abroad cross-section of government and prime customers and sub-contractors. Essential Functions: Supports compliance of the overall security program for the facility. Will support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) under moderate supervision. Oversee daily the contract guard force contract operations and invoicing. Will serve as a site security training coordinator and be site lead for the Security Awareness and OPSEC program. May assist in the developing or reviewing of internal policies and procedures. Will provide support as needed in regards to oversight of onsite contract guard force. Will continually assist FSO in the evaluation of the security program and assist with implementing changes to increase effectiveness of such programs. Be primary point of contact for site access and visitor control management. Serve as a cross functionality support role to all team members in a limited capacity. Cursory reviews of security policies and procedures As needed, the candidate will be familiar with investigation methods and processes required to implement an effective investigation. Other assignments in support of department goals and objectives. Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance Valid driver's license Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of of 6 years prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Able to work under general supervision Good communication and customer service skills Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time Able to work after hours/weekends as required and/or take after hours calls as needed. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications Ability to analyze complex security problems and provide focused solutions to accomplish program objectives.
