Job Description
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Attorney to join a premier personal injury law firm. As the Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will lead a dedicated team of attorneys and case managers, driving efforts to secure the highest possible settlements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee a substantial caseload while managing and mentoring a team of Case Managers.Deliver compassionate and informative client service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the legal process.Collaborate closely with various departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.Maintain daily communication with clients regarding legal strategies and treatment plans.Analyze case facts to clarify coverage issues and establish liability.Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.3-7 years of experience in personal injury law.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to team members.Experience successfully settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.Spanish fluency is a valuable asset.What We Offer:
