We're looking for a Staff Manager of Product Operations to be the key driver in managing and optimizing all incoming and outgoing data interactions over APIs with various marketplaces and services. Your role will involve managing cross-functional relationships with leaders at every level of the organization, ensuring seamless integration and synchronization of data to support our eCommerce acceleration strategies.

This is a full time position based at our headquarters in Lehi, UT.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the integration of APIs with external marketplaces and services, ensuring smooth data flow and alignment with company objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Lead and coordinate efforts across product management, engineering, data teams, and external partners to drive successful integrations. Facilitate communication and collaboration to align stakeholders and address integration challenges.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data exchanged through APIs. Implement best practices for data management and establish processes to monitor and maintain data integrity.

Drive integration projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Determine interdependencies and stage resources timely and efficiently. Influence and guide cross functional teams to achieve project goals.

Develop and implement success metrics and KPIs to track and present the performance of integrations. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Create/maintain comprehensive documentation for API integrations, including technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and support to internal teams and partners to facilitate effective use of integrations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the integration framework. Advocate for and implement enhancements to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product operations, API management, or related roles, with a focus on eCommerce or technology-driven environments. Proven track record of managing API integrations and cross-functional projects.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and internal/external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results in a matrixed environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Solid understanding of data flow, data integration, and API protocols.
