• Ordering managing supplies
• Handling mail
• Answering phones
• Data entry into NYMatters
Bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant Duties:
• The Administrative Assistant serves as the office manager
• Will serve as a liaison with OGS
• Will assist with litigation preparation
• Will assist with greeting and serving constituent visitors
• Will work with AAGIC to resolve issues
