Founder's House of Hope is an assisted living facility for the elderly (ages 59+) located in Artesia, CA. We are currently seeking a Full-Time LVN/Wellness Director to join our Wellness Department. Submit your application today!
Qualifications (non-negotiable):
Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensingAble to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearanceHigh school diploma or GED requiredFlexible scheduling. Position may include weekends and holidaysExperience medication administration preferredMust have valid LVN License (Required)Job Description:
Prepares and maintains resident assessments and individualized service plansCommunicates clearly with Administrator, residents and families of any changes in condition or concernsManages, oversees, and assists personnel in In-service training and medicationsAssures completion of all resident activities of daily living according to ISPsInterviews, hires, trains, schedules and supervises all Healthcare staff and facilitates staff meetings and in-service trainingManages all physician communications, medical updates, and pharmacy cycle changes and orders.Coordinates all dietary needs with Dining Coordinator and DieticianManages and maintains all medication orders, inventory and suppliesRenders emergency medical aid and wound careAdditional duties as assigned by Administration
