Metro PT is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Clinical Director for our brand new Harrison location! Responsibilities:
Lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals.Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates in the clinic.Cultivate relationships with the community, patients, and referral sourcesGrow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with Metro's sales and marketing departmentsDevelop customized plans of care based the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatmentsProvide timely communication with referral sources.Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completionComplete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes in a timely mannerSet and achieve professional goals and career growthWhat We Offer!

Physical Therapist Program Graduate.NY Physical Therapist License or eligible.Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
