Position Responsibilities:The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for the supervisory functions of the shift and department assignedAs a Warehouse Supervisor you will coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer serviceYou will ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are achievedYou will track productivity to meet the company's requirements and maximize operational efficiencyYou will assist with various transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and schedulingOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 plus years of people leadership experiencePreferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
