What you’ll do

Partnering closely with leadership, the HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management) in their assigned marketWorks closely with the HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Onboarding, and RecruitmentProactively addresses employee concerns, leads and coordinates any necessary investigationsPartners with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hiresProcesses all unemployment requests, FMLA and Leave of Absences in an accurate and timely mannerProcesses and maintains all worker’s compensation claims in a timely manner and according with the company’s policies and proceduresKeep abreast of Federal, State and local regulatory changes and ensure legal complianceEnsures confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential informationQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related fieldThree to five years of HR experienceAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsExtra points for any of the following:
