We're currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help us maintain our properties to the highest standards.
Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained and running smoothly. You'll lead maintenance efforts, manage your team, and build strong relationships with residents and vendors.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Location: Multiple properties in Tacoma
Key Responsibilities:Accountability: Manage maintenance activities and keep accurate records of all work.Customer Service: Respond to resident requests promptly and maintain positive relationships.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time.Multi-Property Operations: Oversee maintenance for several locations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance.Safety & Compliance: Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.Qualifications:
5+ years in apartment maintenance, including 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.Leadership abilities and customer service focus.Flexibility for on-call work, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.Benefits:
