Drive employee & customer retentionEnsure that the dealership exceeds its new and used vehicle sales quotas and its objectives on a consistent basis, through personal engagement.Ensure that the dealership reaches its profit objective on a monthly and annual basis.You will be expected to accomplish the above objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the dealership operations.Focus on employee development and retention.Develop and maintain a good working relationship with lenders and manufacturer partners.Develop culture where customer retention is valued and achieved.Coach managers to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives and to review actual performance.Achieve planned unit sales volume by offering balanced and representative vehicle inventories.Oversee the process of appraising, reconditioning, wholesaling and merchandising new and used vehicle inventory.Achieve assigned profit goals on a monthly basis.Lead by example and ensure that the core values of the Company are encompassed in behavior at all timesGuide, train and mentor associates in an effort to develop and retain.Lead from the "front line" and be engaged in all retail operationsSet benchmarks and accomplish goalsConsistently produce sustainable resultsQualifications
5 - 7 years previous Automotive General Management experienceLuxury franchise experience is a plus to include Mercedes, Audi & Volvo preferredGreat communication skillsProven resultsHigh EnergySelf-StarterExperience with bank financeKnowledge of CRM and DMS systemsExperience in digital marketingAbility to drive sales, revenue and growth with digital capabilitiesAbility to attract, train and maintain effective successful sales team
