Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in benefits administration, with payroll experience being a plus. This role will involve handling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee benefits, conducting open enrollment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Knowledge and hands-on experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is a must.
Key Responsibilities:Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and other related plans.Open Enrollment:
Coordinate and execute the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and answering employee questions.Onboarding & Offboarding:
Lead and manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding experience for departing employees.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Payroll (a Plus):
Support payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll changes, and compliance with payroll policies.HRIS Management:
Leverage UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) to manage employee records, benefits data, and track key HR metrics.Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.Policy Development:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding.Payroll Experience (Preferred):
Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.UKG Expertise:
Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is required.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.Organizational Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Education:
