Compensation: $82,500-$90,000

Leverage mathematical, statistical, and scientific techniques to design, analyze, implement, and improve systems of people, information, equipment and productsCollaborate with all departments to test and analyze new programsValidate project requirements through low fidelity experimentsKey Responsibilities
Perform data gathering in support of organization wide identified cost savings initiativesAnalyze gathered data to determine cost benefit analysis of specific initiatives to determine highest probability of return on investment to organization.Implement and execute identified Lean projects from conception to completion to deliver cost savings and process efficiencies across the organizationResponsible for accomplishing objectives through other people requiring effective collaboration and relationship building skillsFacilitates focused improvement projects to eliminate waste, drives overall efficiency and improves qualityResponsible for helping the Operations leadership teams achieve business KPI's through implementation of CI programsActs as a CI resource and coach to build problem solving skills in teams and facilitate improvement effortsBasic Qualifications
Experience in leading Lean focused improvements. Understanding of root cause analysis and PDCA cycle, kaizen workshops in the areas of: 5S, standard work, visual management, theory of constraintsHigh impact coach that has a proven track record to develop a problem-solving culture across multiple organizationsAbility to lead cross-functional teams to implement cost savings projects across the enterpriseSolid systems understanding and ability to identify improvements neededCreative problem solving and innovative approaches to resolve complex problemsAbility to work with minimal direct supervision, in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively interface within all levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications
Deliver training in Lean Principles, C.I. tools and methodsFacilitate improvement meetings / events in the companyCoach and mentor all team members in the use of data and 'speaking with facts & data'Guide the team through a structured problem-solving processKnowledge of statistical software, SQL, R, Python and simulation modeling softwareExperience with Tableau
