Requirements
All work described for the Acquisition Specialist II Position
• Assist in development of structure and training content for the DOJ ACP.
• Administer an 1102 Mentor/Protégé Program which includes maintaining information on participating mentors and proteges.
• Track the needs of FAC-C Professional training by entry-level individuals participating in the DOJ ACP.
• Track each individual's status in the program to include experimental experiences, rotations, details, special projects, progress towards FAC-C Professional, completion of DAU and FAI Credentials, training completions, etc.
• Recommend options for DOJ-sponsored training (if free FAI seats are unavailable or in limited supply) for FAC-C Professional training or Credentials training.
• Recommend options for pre-existing training to individuals in DOJ ACP.
• Facilitate OAM's Response to Government-wide and Department-wide data calls relating to its efforts with recruitment and retention of entry-level 1102s. This includes coordination of Bureaus' submission of data to OAM, data aggregation, and meeting reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain digital presence of information related to the DOJ ACP.
• Create and maintain digital presence and portal for participants of the DOJ ACP.
• Promote and oversee participation in cohorts, networking events, and other planned group activities under the DOJ ACP.
• Prepare materials for Program execution activities, committees, councils, reviews, and internal working groups.
• Track and document achievements of the DOJ ACP. This is to include success of the Program as well as its participants.
• Track and document short- and long-term successes of participants that go through the DOJ ACP.
REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:
Able to obtain a Public TrustFAC-C Level III or DAWIA Level III certification (preferred).
