The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to one or more executives. This role is a highly visible position, both internally and externally, and will work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for all involved.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executives and teamsManage schedules and appointments for ExecutivesCoordinate travel arrangements and accommodationsHandle correspondence, emails, and phone callsOrganize and maintain files and recordsPrepare reports, presentations, and other documentsConduct research and gather information as neededAssist with meeting preparation and logisticsManage office supplies and inventoryAct as a liaison between executives and other internal/external contactsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAnticipate needs and proactively address them to support your executiveRecord meeting minutes and distributeAssist with meetings and eventsOther duties as assignedQualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative assistant experience supporting C-Level ExecutivesEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred: Hospitality, Communications, or Marketing Degree preferredUphold a strict level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office softwareAbility to independently resolve issues and make decisionsFlexible to adjust to changing priorities and requirementsProactive attitudeEffectively manage time and resourcesStrong Attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to accurately handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentationBenefits
