Meridian Health Services is currently seeking a
Clinical Supervisor
to be responsible for clinical supervision of Children and Conexxions Program located in Marion, Indiana.
This is a full-time position with 25-50% virtual supervisions/ virtual patients depending upon clinic needs.
Clinical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group clinical supervision for bachelor's and master's degree staff including:Reviewing treatment plans and progress notes to ensure clinical services are appropriate with the client's level of care needs and are appropriate with the diagnosisProviding clinical direction for staff.Signing off documentation of new staff as neededAssisting with clinical audit processesMaintaining positive relationships with referral sourcesAssisting with evaluating client satisfactionPromoting program services to the communityCompleting intakes for admission to servicesSupervisory Responsibilities of a Clinical Supervisor:
Supervise at least 8 individuals that provide direct servicesResponsible for the overall clinical direction and the coordination of program servicesAssigning and directing workAppraising performanceAddressing complaints and resolving problemsClinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
Provides individual and group therapy and emergency evaluations.Achieving productivity expectations determined by program and budget requirements.We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:
Masters degree in Behavioral Health requiredCandidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)At lease one (1) year related experience requiredMeridian Health Services provides the following benefits:
