Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities: Responsible for cradle to grave contracts administration including preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontract agreements in accordance to DCAA/DCMA requirements; reviewing prime contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to develop appropriate prime flow-downs; identifying proposal compliance elements and ensuring the requirements are adequately addressed, and conducting all pricing/quote requests and negotiations Working with various contracts such as, T&M, FFP, CPFF, IDIQ and BPAs Maintain contract files and other documentation to ensure compliance with Contracting Purchasing Systems Review (CPSR) requirements Qualifications/Background Profile: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of 5 years of experience with cradle-to-grave commercial, federal, state and local government contract administration Solid understanding of regulations including FAR, DFAR, AIDAR and CAS Understanding of UCC is preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Knowledge of CPSR requirements is highly desired
