HR Benefits Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near the Phoenix/Tempe border. This organization is in search of an HR Benefits Specialist to join their team! This role is fully in office, Monday-Friday, with flexible hours.The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including FMLA, LOA, and workers' compensation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate and support employees in navigating their benefits.
Key Responsibilities:Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.Oversee FMLA and LOA processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Handle workers' compensation claims and provide guidance to employees throughout the process.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement benefits communications and educational materials.Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting employee benefits.Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including FMLA, LOA, and workers' compensation.Bachelor Degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is requiredPHR or SHRM certification is highly preferred.Experience with Paylocity and UKG/UltiPro is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.If you are interested in this job, please apply now!
Pay Details:
$65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
