We are seeking an Accountant based in Bartlesville, OK, responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of a portfolio of captive insurance companies. This role involves close collaboration with a team of professionals to ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:Preparation of financial statements for a diverse portfolio of accountsCompletion of regulatory filings and premium tax returnsPreparation of materials for annual Board meetingsReconciliation of loss and investment report dataOversight of cash management for assigned portfoliosSupport and compilation of financial information for captive audits/examinationsEnsuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reports and regulatory filingsWhy Join Us:

Qualifications:
Experience in preparing financial statements adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or related standardsDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experiencePrior experience in captive insurance is advantageous but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience.
