Construction Services Coordinator
to join their team in
Costa Mesa . This full-time, on-site role supports the Senior Tenant Construction Manager, ensuring smooth project execution and quality control across all construction within the center.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing construction projects and tenant improvementsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety, and quality standardsTrack budgets, bids, and capital improvement submissionsOversee utility plans, metering, and site auditsDocument daily job site progress and coordinate punch list completionPhotograph and document daily progress of job sitesBid out base building projects, following up on submissions and scope gapsFormat and submit capital improvement requestsFollow up on punch list completionUnderstand and perform site audits for safety and jobsite complianceQualifications
2-5 years of commercial construction experienceKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processesExperience with budgeting and cost controlPossess a good understanding of utilities and metering and create a utility planStrong organization, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is a plusBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related fieldCompensation
$75K - $85K DOE
