Are you passionate about driving impactful social media strategies that push the boundaries for top-tier B2B brands? We are seeking a Senior Social Strategist with a deep understanding of digital brand strategy and a proven track record of working on large, leading brands. You'll be at the forefront of developing comprehensive, cross-functional strategies across social platforms that bring together organic (owned), paid, influencer, UGC (user-generated content), social search, and community management in one cohesive plan.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with creatives, paid social teams, and data experts to deliver integrated, high-impact strategies that not only engage audiences but also align with broader business goals. Your expertise in social platforms, tools, and tactics will help build a collaborative ecosystem, ensuring that our clients are always one step ahead in the ever-evolving digital space.
You Will:
Lead the creation and execution of innovative social media strategies for B2B brands, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDevelop holistic, cross-platform strategies that integrate owned, earned, influencers, UGC, social search (e.g., GIFs/memes), and community management.Build and maintain platform relationships, staying up to date with platform innovations and trendsConduct comprehensive audits of social media accounts to identify optimization opportunities and drive greater engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams-creative, paid social, data, and content partners-to implement new tactics and engagement strategiesOversee content calendar management, ensuring all content is optimized for social-first engagementAnalyze social media performance metrics, providing insightful reports and data-driven recommendationsLead influencer programs and develop organic social media initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagementYou Have:
6+ years of experience in a senior social strategist, content strategist, brand manager, social media manager, or similar role within the digital marketing spaceExperience leading social strategy for large B2B brands with demonstrated successStrong understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and the tools and tactics available to innovate within the spaceProven ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategy, ensuring that every decision is tied to measurable outcomesExpertise in working on major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr), and other digital marketing resourcesDemonstrated ability to collaborate with creatives and subject matter experts to turn concepts into compelling campaignsExperience managing social content calendars, influencer programs, and engaging user-generated content to drive community growthA passion for social media, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practicesDesire and proven track-record of collaborating with creative, other strategists and client service teams.Strong presentation skillsProven track record of building strong relationships with clientsWhat We Offer:
