Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule, and complete assignments for the dayAre responsible on the job site for demolition, setting drying equipment, and other assigned tasksDirect laborers in their daily tasks and document their hours worked to ensure they get paidNotify the Superintendent when all tasks on scope are complete for payment processingStock work vehicles to ensure laborers are supplied for daily tasksMaintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Apex policies and proceduresAccountabilities

Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost managementManage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating, preventing, and solving challengesUtilize document management softwareActively practice leadership abilityLearn, implement, and maintain an understanding of mitigation operations and proceduresFoster positive relationships with team members and clients, answering questions and resolving issuesClean and inspect company vehicles weeklyWilling to work 40+ hours per week when neededBe on call during catastrophic eventsQualifications
