We currently operate out of 40+ branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprint into more locations soon.

Our Repossession Agents are equipped with all of the tools that they need to be successful. United offers Agent training, a fleet of state of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools that have been custom designed to assist our Agents in maximizing their earning potential and performance.

Our newly hired Repossession Agents will experience intensive training at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel, meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During the five day training, you will meet with internal operations that will serve as your support while in the field. You will experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position and the tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routes with our Field Operations Manager - seeing first hand the role of a Repossession Agent.

Summary :

Working independently and driving a company-owned tow truck, this position is responsible for the recovery of collateral that is due for repossession, including all types of motorized vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities:Check addressesVerify customer and vehicle information provided by the client and our corporate officeDirectly interact with contactsRecover collateral by following established standards for safety, compliance and operating proceduresMinimize risk through proper operation of equipmentMinimize liability by obeying all pertinent laws and company policiesProvide timely updates to clients according to policies and guidelinesProvide timely and accurate condition reports for repossessed collateralResponsibly use and maintain company-issued equipment, including computer and fuel carOperate in-cab computers safely and efficientlyAttend periodic required training, including compliance, safety, and Certified Asset Recovery Specialist certification trainingWe are looking for individuals who are interested in growing with us and becoming a Uniteder. Experience and Skills** What we are looking for:-A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.-An individual with basic mechanical skill. Don't worry we'll teach you all you need to know about strapping up a car.-A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success.-An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you a power-player in the field.

** What you need:-Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance.-The ability to pass a DOT Physical.
