Contract Admin/Office Manager/ Project Coordinator Role:
REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the commercial construction industry.Coordinating administrative duties, project financials, permitting, and contractsPrepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements and company policies.Analyze contract terms and conditions to highlight potential risks and recommend modifications as needed.Coordinate with project managers, legal counsel, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate and finalize contracts.Compensation/Benefits
