Lead PEX Specialist
Responsibilities:
Facilitate implementation of PEX tools in both manufacturing and logistics at Factory level.Support robustness and sustainability of PEX initiatives.Support create and promote a culture of Lean and Continuous Improvement within all levels of the factory (from operators to leadership).Support implementation of Data Collection and Analysis via digital solutions.Map and analyze current performance of the value stream/process.Formulate and follow up on action plan to mitigate performance gapsFacilitate Continuous Improvement Events with the participation of relevant functions, such as Kaizen Events.Perform training and facilitation within relevant CI toolsPrepare and facilitate report outs on specific work and workshopsInteract and share knowledge within global teamQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.2+ years of experience in implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement in Manufacturing environment.Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement in Logistics.Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.Competencies:
Ability to work with people from different hierarchical levels as it relates to change management to a large range of stakeholders.Solid skills in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.Robust knowledge in Data Collection, Data Analysis and Data Driven decision making.Solid experience in Problem Solving tools and Techniques.Theoretical and Practical knowledge in Lean Systems and Tools.Ability to train different levels of stakeholders in Lean and Continuous Improvement.Hands-on, creative, motivated person and "can do" attitude.Resilience and ability to work complex and difficult projects.General work organization and project management skills to work in multiple workstreams in parallel.What We Offer:
