Shifts available: 10/12hr shifts /, Minimum of 4 shifts per month, No 24hr shift avail at this time, Weekend needs: variableTypes of Cases: ENT, GI, general surgery, GYN, ophthalmology, ortho, podiatry, pain, urology, and colon & rectal surgery cases. No OB or cardiac, Level 1 trauma center; will see all cases with the exceptions of Cardiac/Thoracic and Chronic PainSupervision or independent: Medically Supervised 1:3 or 1:4, CRNAs are medical directed mostly (there can be rare outliers not scheduled -medical emergencies, etc.), Strive to keep 1 MD to 3-4 CRNAs/Residents; depends on the daySpecific requirements/restrictions: No 24hr shift avail at this time, Currently do not need nurse call coverage, Potential candidates may be requested to attend a scheduled Zoom call for Q/A, EMR: EPIC - training time not compensated; part of credentialing requirement, Prefer clean providers to credential quickly but will consider nonclean files, Covid vaccination preferred but will work with exemption needs, CRNAs need ACLS, BLS, and PALs if dealing with Peds
