Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Sustainability team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC&R industry while contributing to sustainability initiatives. The intern will work closely with our sustainability, engineering, and marketing teams to support ongoing projects and develop new strategies for reducing the environmental footprint of our products and operations.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and analysis of sustainability metrics for HVAC&R products and systems.Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and energy efficiency.Support the preparation of sustainability reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving the environmental performance of our products.Participate in sustainability audits and assessments of company facilities and operations.Contribute to the development of marketing materials that highlight our sustainability initiatives and achievements.Attend industry meetings and forums related to sustainability and energy efficiency.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.Strong interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and the HVAC&R industry.Excellent research and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Previous internship or project experience in sustainability or related fields is a plus.What You Will Gain:

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
