We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of office construction projects within live data center environments. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, with a primary focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This role requires technical expertise in data center infrastructure, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of MEP activities.Develop detailed project plans including logistics, scheduling, and risk management strategies.Participate in project pre-construction, design reviews, buyout, and change management processes as needed.Regularly review project schedules, analyze variances, and take proactive measures to maintain timelines.Coordinate and conduct project meetings to ensure clear communication among all parties involved.Technical Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to data centers, including power distribution, HVAC, cooling systems, and fire protection.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project scope and existing MEP infrastructure, addressing constructability concerns and developing solutions.Provide technical guidance and support during project execution, clarifying questions related to scope and technical requirements.Conduct regular assessments and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and prompt resolution of project-related issues.Work closely with design and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with plans and specifications.Serve as the primary liaison between departments to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless execution of project activities.Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, project specifications, and quality standards at every stage of the project.Conduct regular inspections to verify project alignment with contractual requirements and specifications.Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations and maintain project integrity.Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.Skills Required:

4 years project management experience in mission critical facility working on MEP systems.Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects, preferably within mission critical data center environments.Extensive knowledge of MEP systems and technologies, with a focus on data center infrastructure.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsData driven with strong computer skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize assignments, and adapt to changing project requirements.Proficiency / Experience in Microsoft Office, and Autodesk BIM 360Education / Licenses / Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction or Project Management preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, OSHA 30) are a plus.Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicableBenefits:
