We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to assist with event setup. The successful candidates will play a critical role in creating a professional and attractive event space by setting up tables and chairs for events of various sizes and styles.
Responsibilities:
Set up tables and chairs in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all arrangements meet the event specificationsEnsure that the setup is safe and secure, with a focus on avoiding hazards and minimizing the risk of injuryFollow instructions from event coordinators and supervisors to ensure that all setup requirements are metCollaborate with other event setup staff to complete setup and breakdown tasks in a seamless and organized mannerTake care of event equipment, including tables, chairs, and any other necessary items, to ensure that they are well-maintained and ready for use at all timesEnsure that the event space is clean and presentable, free of debris and other items that may impact the eventProvide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive attitude at all timesA dress Code is required, and we will provide you with a company Polo Shirt. Must wear black pants and shoes with the company's polo shirt.
Schedule and Pay:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMRequirements:
Physical ability to lift and move tables and chairsAbility to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityFlexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be 18 years of age or older
