We are presently seeking candidates for a senior-level position with responsibility for establishing and growing relationships with new and existing clients in addition to leading outstanding work.
About the Position
Relationship leads (RL) are core to SRG's success, as they are responsible for establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients. SRG's senior-level RLs win at least $2 million in new business revenue annually. This revenue is brought in through business development efforts, existing contacts, and professional networking. Ultimately, we envision that the candidate will establish deep relationships with senior-level decision-makers that yield high customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling and leading work as well as building relationships in many of SRG's target sectors, including CPG food, foodservice, CPG non-food, personal care, health and beauty, and/or healthcare, ideally at a firm similar to SRG. We also value candidates with client-side experience in these sectors, assuming they bring deep connections, are respected in the industry, and are sincerely committed to leveraging their networks to win new business.
Responsibilities
Be a leader across all SRG practice areas and provide day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and guidance to individual team members.Establish, build, and nurture relationships with clients who create lasting value, resulting in rehire.Deliver (win) at least $2 million in new business revenue annually.Provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and inspiration to SRG and client teams, fostering an environment of creativity and imagination.Lead teams to deliver the highest quality work possible in the interest of clients.Qualified candidates will have at least 8-10 years of experience in building business and brands through work at agencies, consultancies, and client companies. Ideally, the winning candidate will have 5 or more years of client service experience at a senior level. We are looking for a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and successfully generating revenue.
