Requirements:• Active unrestricted license• BLS, ACLS• DEA Certificate• Personnel must be located within the US• Services will be provided remotely within the US• Physician Assistant must be Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)• Nurse Practitioner must be Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
