Clinical Nurse Manager - Emergency DepartmentResponsible for daily and overall operation of the Emergency Department, including staff performance, patient care processes and outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and prudent resource management.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or related field or currently working to obtainLicensed as Registered Nurse in the state of OregonAmerican Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)Organization approved workplace violence training or obtain within 6 months of hireAmerican Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support or Emergency Nurses' Association Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course cardCCRN or CEN certification preferredTrauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) card preferredMaster's degree in Nursing or related field preferredSpecialty certification in area of responsibility preferredEXPERIENCE
Five years experience in acute care hospital in past 10 yearsTwo years managerial or leadership experience in past 5 years
