Development Officer Position Summary
The Development Officer - Delaware plays a crucial role in fundraising and donor relations for the hospital foundation under the supervision of the Annual Giving Manager. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for healthcare philanthropy. The Development Officer works closely with the Annual Giving Manager and other team members to develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors, and support the mission and goals of the hospital foundation.
Development Officer Position Requirements
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is required.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience
Two(2) years of professional experience in charitable fund-raising activities is required.Experience working with the Sussex County community is preferred.RE NXT experience is preferredDevelopment Officer Benefits
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.Salary range:$55,993.60-$86,777.60 Commensurate with experience
